RECIPE: Maple Tahini Dressing

Guys, this dressing is SO good. I’ve been putting it on all of my salads lately and I haven’t gotten tired of it AT ALL. It take less than 5 minutes to whip up and I promise it’ll change the way you eat salads.
I usually only cook for one so this recipe makes for one serving (it’s seriously so easy that I just make it every time right before I eat), but feel free to increase the amounts accordingly if you are making this for a crowd.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tbsp maple syrup (I used grade B)
1/2 tbsp tamari
juice of 1/3 of a lemon
filtered water
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, tamari, and lemon juice. Depending on how thick you want your dressing, slowly add in some water, 1 tsp at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. Serve over your favorite greens!
